Originally founded at Bori Bunder (CST) in 1920 to serve the growing Sikh migrant community in Bombay, the organization moved to Dadar due to expanding needs. The Dadar Gurdwara now serves as the central hub for religious and social activities for Mumbai’s Sikh community
The Dadar branch, built after the partition, is one of the city’s oldest functioning Gurudwaras and continues the legacy of its original sanctuary by providing langar, religious services, and support to pilgrims and the sick
