Over time, it has expanded into a large service hub with a Dashmesh Public School, charitable medical center, old-age home, guesthouse, and even hosts a marriage hall, along with the main prayer hall

The Gurdwara is known for extensive social welfare initiatives, including free education, healthcare, blood donation camps, disaster relief, and community outreach
