A Granthi is a devout Sikh who is entrusted with the seva (service) of reading, maintaining, and explaining the Guru Granth Sahib Ji, the central scripture and eternal Guru of the Sikhs.
Bhaiji literally means "Respected Brother". Used as a title of respect for Sikh men who serve in the Gurdwara or are known for their spiritual discipline and seva.
