Our body is the most sophisticated gadget on the planet — far beyond a supercomputer, gifted to us by God. For living a worthy life, we need to read and understand its User Manual, since it is the most complex machine on the planet.
Most of the problems in our life are an outcome of our state of mind. Find one human being who isn't suffering with something: without wealth, they suffer poverty; with wealth, they suffer competition and taxes. Without marriage, they suffer loneliness; with marriage — no comments. Without children, they suffer loneliness; with children, they still complain.
It would seem every aspect of life has suffering — but that's not quite right. Life is not a suffering; it is neither suffering nor joy, it simply exists as a journey with mixed emotions. Ride on the journey of life, and it feels fantastic; get crushed by it, and the journey feels terrible and miserable.
All suffering is the result of our own psychological process — our thoughts, emotions, and negative state of mind. What happens in the world is not within our control; how we think and feel about it should be. Our wellbeing will never come from outside or from material things — external gadgets can create comfort and convenience, but not wellbeing. That has to come from within.
We need to identify the fundamental nature of our existence, our Purpose of Life. Our positive thoughts can derive the highest level of joy and pleasantness. Let's embrace, enjoy and love our journey.
