Mir Mannu died near Lahore
Immediately, after Ahmad Shah’s departure from his 3rd invasion, Mir Manu recommended persecution of the Sikhs. About 30,000 Sikhs were killed under sustained pressure, yet the spirit of the Khalsa remained undaunted and could not be subdued.
