The Comeback is always Stronger than the Setback!

Take the time to recharge, and come back stronger. Everything is not locked down: sunrise, imagination, creativity, learning, reading, work, kindness, love, relationship, family time, conversation, praying, worshipping, meditation, hope — let's cherish what we have, and convert the lockdown into an opportunity to do what we always wanted to do, unlocking ourselves from within.

Be thankful to be safe at home with family — a God-given chance to reconnect, set against a busy, mechanised modern life. Our homes were built by choice, not as jails; think of those who are homeless. Home, with family, is like a temple where God also resides.

Use the time to build strong bonds and unforgettable memories, to stay healthy and fit — health is wealth — through exercise, reading, family time and yoga. Upgrade your skills; explore hidden talents in singing, poetry, sketching, cooking, or watching inspirational films together. Serve the poor and deserving, pray, worship, meditate, and spend time in spirituality to revisit your Purpose of Life.

Realisations during the crisis

Life's fragility; the worthlessness of power, beauty and money, and that we are guests, not owners, of the universe; nature thriving without human interference; the irony of human fear of other humans, and distancing as an act of love; surviving without junk food and foreign vacations; health professionals valued above celebrities; luxury goods worthless without consumers; most people able to work from home; household work not being solely women's domain; and the thought that more schools might mean fewer hospitals are needed.

Stay home, stay safe. Even God's silence means He's working on something great — ask for courage, for trust in His care, for the chance to live fully while alive, and for the wisdom to find our Purpose of Life. The world is closed for renovation; grand reopening soon.
