Commemorating Jyoti Jot Diwas

The Jyoti Jot Diwas of Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji marks the sacred occasion when the Tenth Guru merged into the Eternal Light at Nanded (Takht Sri Hazur Sahib) in 1708. Before his departure, Guru Gobind Singh Ji bestowed eternal Guruship upon the Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji, commanding all Sikhs to accept the sacred scripture as their perpetual spiritual guide.
