Gurudwara Nanaksar Sahib Ji, Sector 28
Chandigarh

It follows the Nanaksari tradition, emphasizing devotional worship and Naam Simran, rooted in the teachings of Baba Nand Singh Ji.

Nanaksari worship generally omits flying a Nishan Sahib flag, avoids political symbolism, and the seva (service) is often done by celibate volunteers

Unique Approach to Langar: This Nanaksar Gurdwara does not cook langar on-site, nor does it maintain a donation box (golak).Instead, devotees voluntarily bring home-cooked langar, often including desi ghee parathas, sabzi, dal, sweets, and fruits.Any surplus food is distributed to hospitals in Sector 16, 32, and PGI, ensuring that no visitor leaves hungry
