Village Bhangani, Paonta Sahib  ·  Sirmaur District, Himachal Pradesh

Gurudwara Sri Rantham Sahib stands in Bhangani village, Paonta Sahib tehsil, Sirmaur district. When Guru Gobind Singh Ji reached Bhangani for the battle, Bhai Sango Shah Ji, son of Bhai Veero Ji, advanced to this spot under Guru Sahib’s command with half the army. Here he fixed a pole in the ground and told his Singhs that none would retreat beyond it — they could only go forward. Guru Sahib himself watched over the battle from the height now marked by Gurudwara Sri Teer Garhi Sahib.
