Gurdwara Sri Patshahi Chhevin Sahib stands at the village of Kharak Singhwala in the Barnala district and commemorates the visit of Sri Guru Hargobind Sahib Ji.

The sixth Guru travelled widely through Malwa, and the villages of this district preserve the memory of those journeys. It was Guru Hargobind Sahib Ji who took up the two swords of Miri and Piri, joining temporal responsibility to spiritual authority, and the shrines that mark his passage through this country are held in particular regard.

The detailed history of the shrine is recorded on the information board maintained at the Gurdwara.
